Boxing Heavy Bag Techniques
Oct/070

Boxing Council, please!?
I would start my own boxing and personal training, nothing too serious and competitive. No But I do not know much about that. The gym I'm going to have heavy bags hanging you can use, but what gloves should I use? And as far as technique goes, Are there any instructional videos on line that can give me some tips? Do not want to pay for lessons or anything like that, I prefer to just teach me. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!
You can get through the first row gloves or boxing title. Check their web sites. I always I suggest using at least 10 12 oz gloves to increase your cardiovascular workout. Boxing is a very good training, but it is difficult to really learn on your own. Even if are competing, you need to know how to adjust your hands, proper posture, balance, footwork, and how to throw punches. Here are some of my YouTube videos. Hope you can help in some way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xInmgY7jmNo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jy3XwsnZzB4 http://www.youtube.com/ watch? v = 5mBEEUA0fkA
