Boxing Heavy Bag Hanger

any else good idea to hang up my 120 pounds heavy bag ?

so i need to come up with an excerlent idea to hang my heavy bag onto the beam of the balcony ( it’s not wooden), and without using the some professional boxing hooker/hanger becuz money is tight..so anybody plz help??

I hung up my own heavybag but it sounds like you’re not very handy or you’d be able to figure out how to do it. No offense. What I’m saying with this is that you should get someone who is more knowledgeable with hardware to do it, otherwise you’re going to break the beam or hurt yourself or all of the above. You just need to get a couple brackets, some bolts to install them, and a chain to hang it. Get someone to help.
