Some questions about women's boxing gloves?
I'm thinking about getting into some training for beginners and intermediates for boxing. Training who attended part of the heavy bag, and once you get to advanced fighter has a component as well (or so they say). The gym I am thinking about joining load of 130 hand wraps, a shirt, and 16 oz gloves leather Select Pro Wrestling or 70 for hand wraps and gloves Bushido 16 oz vinyl with a shirt. So here my questions are what size and weight would be best for a woman with average sized hands? What are the main differences between a 14 oz and 16 oz? Leather will last longer huh? Where I can pick up some good quality gloves and wraps in Vancouver? Is it really so bad? Any other information is appreciated. Everlast Thanks!
Ignore Danny Boy … which is a weenug. Dimensions for 16 oz combat in general no matter what size boxer. For training, 12-14-16 oz are generally used for boxing or kickboxing only difference between 16 and 14 is 2 oz. 14 are only slightly smaller. Definitely get leather on vinyl. I had Everlast gloves, but prefer to ring or the main candidates. Everlast double end heavy bags and have served me well. Many lucky!
