ok i wanna work on stuff that can help me with my boxing. Can sum one please give me sum training i can do to improve
*punching speed
*punching strength
*knuckle hardness
*agility

Do alot of Endurance Workouts, also remember to pivot with your punches, to increase the speed and strength, eat good and you can always use restistors
