How I can lose weight with a lot of exercise but gain muscle?

I want to be able to lose weight, but muslce obtain at the same time. No I have the budget to get out there and buy all kinds of crazy things or exercise equipment, but I have a bike, a batter alone (a kind of ball a strap attached to a network) and the weight and boxing gloves. now I'm not going to be able to put in lots of hours a day, maybe 2.1 tops. Wut should I do? I'm trying prepare for the baseball and get ready for the fight can be. rewind. well i eat tons of vegetables, i eat all the meat with little fat. The only thing I can eat that is not healthy is my addiction Reece and Dr Pepper parts. I tried to get hte dr pepper diet, but it costs more I said I have no money. im not buying pills weight loss

eat healthy cut down a bit in carbohydrates, drinking plenty of water and eat lots of lean proteins (chicken, trukey, beef, low fat) and excersize. I would say maybe the diet for two weeks as running and weight training and bike light and a small box and ur Thang baseball. Then, after two weeks the first heavier weights and work more and harder. it should work!
