Who is the boxing prospect of the year? I agree with ESPN.com?
They chose Daniel Jacobs from Brooklyn NY (home of the greatest rappers)! (Oh and Mike Tyson, Riddick Bowe, Zab Judah and Paulie Malinaggi).

I also like Danny Garcia, Olandier Solis, Rico Ramos and Mike Jones.
I think Alvarez deserved this year much more than Jacobs but if I had to pick a #2 it would be Danny Jacobs but I think his somewhat negative performance against Ishe Smith should count against him.
