How long has it been for boxing and when I see results?

Well I've been lifting weights for over a year and have seen great changes, I want to try boxing but mainly to gain more definition in my arms. I am a woman on the road. I also realize diet is a huge contributing factor.

I boxed for many years – I do not see why you want to start boxing to win only "arm definition" thiough? Change exercise would be a much easier option. Much information on the website below ……
