Boxing Clever St Louis
Sep/080

Are you scared…or not?
Do you think the silent film “Nosferatu” is scary? (Doubtless it was scary way back then and the special effect must have been fabuolous.)
Nosferatu also asks a interesting question. The Vampire travels to Europe with boxes full of rats. He kills people, like a duteous vampire should, but he has a cover, too. The people think that the rats are the ones killing the victims because the the apparent plague brought on by the rats(fleas). This Vampire is clever! No one suspect that he is actually doing the killing.
In any case, if you don’t believe in Christianity, then the deaths from the Black Plague could have been at the fangs of vampires. But if you do believe in Christianity, then the Black Plague was a result of those fleas. Who ever heard of a saint (St. Louis) getting bit by a vampire anyway?
Regardless, Nosferatu gives an interesting question. Fleas? or Vampires?
Did I miss something? What in the world does Christianity have to do with vampire fangs and fleas!? Yes, it was a very frightening film for its time and the vampire was indeed spooky looking. I fail to see what the point of your question is. Perhaps you should reread your third paragraph and clarify it a bit.
No offense!
