Boxing Bag Hanger

any else good idea to hang up my 120 pounds heavy bag?

so i need to come up with an excerlent idea to hang my heavy bag onto the beam of the balcony ( it’s not wooden), and without using the some professional boxing hooker/hanger becuz money is tight..so anybody plz help??

To hang something heavy on the wall its best to secure it to a stud.Use screws not nails as the nails can pull out.I would use 2 inch screws. they also make hangers that go into sheetrock where there is no stud.Check Lowes or your local hardware store.
