With a 40-9 record and Arturo Gatti does belong in the Hall of Fame Boxing?
I have not been able to find guidelines on what qualifies a fighter for the Hall of Fame, but I've seen AG as a popular wrestler, but with less talent. So if the emotion is part of the criteria, which certainly deserves be, but if overall capacity, then no. Before the titles of alphabet soup, which was never more than a qualified competitor.
