Before we were born as we were there REAL boxing fans when they read a paper trash bias or heard on the radio
Do you think The radio announcers were the bias? As opposed to It.?
I was a military brat. As a result, have spent much time around a radio listening fights. The media is biased? I guess so … worldwide. It does not matter how skewed these people and that was always the winner (who never heard a fight that ended in a draw). What was difficult to discern whether it was the judges were biased. The fight that really comes to mind for me was Duran / Leonard I. We heard in SW Germany. It really was like a scene from a comedy of the 50's with a bunch of people sitting around a radio. Duran pulling us ……. and was a good day to be a Duran fan.
