Is it possible to transmit viruses and diseases through sweat?

Hello everyone. I fight mixed martial arts events (cage fighting alias) similar to the UFC, Pride, etc. My wife, once a radiologist, is convinced that I will get an STD, hepatitis C, HIV, etc. from contact with sweat men "(and possibly blood). In a professional fight indergo tests before the fight for these conditions, also including MRSA and tastes. In amateur fights, however, is not required by the State Boxing Commission of Florida to do this. I want a couple of amateur fights in his belt before going to favor, but, as mentioned before, my wife seems to think I'm going to take something home with me. If your concerns in effect done? What are the odds, right?

You obviously do not need to hit your head around more if you honestly believe that it can spread viruses and diseases through sweat.
